The Nauru Program Office is the administrative body responsible for managing the Nauru Economic and Climate Resilience Citizenship by Investment Program. Established through the Nauru Economic and Climate Resilience Citizenship Act 2024, the Nauru Program Office works in close collaboration with the Cabinet and Ministries.

- Ensuring direct accountability to the President and Parliament
- Implementing rigorous due diligence processes to maintain program integrity and conducting interviews.
- Managing global marketing and communication efforts for the program.

Management
The Nauru Citizenship office is led by two key people
